Keith Mueller, President

Keith graduated from Valparaiso University, IN, in 1990 with a BS in Education. He helped start Lutheran Benefits Group (previously called Lutheran Health Care Group) in September of 1991. Keith is licensed in both life/health and property/casualty lines of insurance. He has the Certified Professional Service Representative (CPSR) designation, the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation, along with the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. Keith is well educated in providing extensive protection in all areas of insurance.

Jacob Mueller

Jacob joined Lutheran Benefits Group in March 2021. As a third-generation insurance professional, he is proud to carry on his family’s legacy in the insurance industry. Jacob takes great pride in helping clients navigate their healthcare options with confidence and clarity. He is dedicated to delivering responsive, knowledgeable support and is committed to serving individuals and organizations with excellence. Jacob is eager to assist the Lutheran Benefits Group community and looks forward to building long-term trusted relationships.

Janette Paoletti

Janette joined Lutheran Benefits Group in January 2023, bringing with her a diverse background and extensive experience in health care, human resources, and management. She holds a Michigan Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) License, a Computer Accounting Diploma, a nationally recognized Child Development Associate (CDA) certification, and an Associate Degree in General Studies and Applied Science.
